Mi-aro broadcast

Summer is kicking in Port City! The temperature averages about 78°F (25°C) with a bit more rain than usual. Thunderstorms pop up every once in awhile, but overall, the sun is shining, the water's warm, and it looks like it'll be a great summer for the colonies.
Happy to let you fail and back you up later, She can be friendly without being your friend, and even crueler as a friend--though entirely well-meaning; the latter something which she may need to work on, as well as her dislike of change (for a Survivor! Imagine that xD).
Believe me when I say, this is mostly unintentional, unless it's someone she can't bring herself to respect.
Even so, I left this more vague since I know some might interpret her crassness as a personal affront (and sometimes it is). She's very forthcoming in casual conversation and not quick to resign herself to the lead of others. Controlling, Manipulative, Sensitive, (etc...) and/or Reserved types might have an issue with her. Not only this, but she can act youthful for her age, how she dawdles or plays, which can miff more physically fast-paced people.
Let's be honest, conflict makes the world go around~.

As for a friendship between the two, that'd be actually very do-doable for Nephele considering her openness and interest in people's stories (wow. Way to go Clinical tone xD). Nephele tends to be the patient sort though she might be a little slow going at times when she's engrossed in her observations. But otherwise, Dude. I can see these two venturing out into unknown depths of Mi'aro.

Ahah, yes, feel free to get that girl a Munchlax~ I've got a few ideas swimming around for things I want to do with Micah, too. xD But! That sounds like a good little friendship to me c: So much they could accomplish together with their respective attitudes. Micah is a lot more open to talking about his past than his brother, too. xD He was still really young when they arrived in Mi'aro, but he has a naturally really good memory and retained a lot of events. There could be so much story time. 'Course, he'd want stories in return. c:

So I looked through Val's bio, and even though they might butt heads once and a while or maybe once a week, at least I think they could get along rather well. Jason is a ranger, and a rather helpful fellow; maybe he could trade information with her, such as places he's found that would be a great place for Val to scavenge through? Granted, he doesn't know most about items, and thus might lead her down a wrong path or to somewhere where the items found have little to no value due to not knowing much of the worth of what is to be found around Mi-aro; but he does mean well. ^^

The old world is gone, destroyed by pollution and natural disaster. The citizens of PokeEarth were forced to flee, travel to a new world, Mi-aro. It is an untamed land. Pokemon are aggressive: many will attempt to kill on sight, and new threats reveal themselves everyday. Many Pokemon have strange mutations different than the species known in the old world, and many species are entirely unknown to humans. The new world must be colonized in order for us to survive.
