Summer is kicking in Port City! The temperature averages about 78°F (25°C) with a bit more rain than usual. Thunderstorms pop up every once in awhile, but overall, the sun is shining, the water's warm, and it looks like it'll be a great summer for the colonies.

Uhhh, well Emerald, in the timeline I have going so far, has just gotten her starter! So, as long as it is early in the morning, could meet him, and she could be all hurt because of having to choose from many pokemon. Being the crook he is, he could be sympathetic to a vulnerable girl and try to take the broach!
