Noire Jackson
Age: 24
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Orientation: Straight
Profession: Survivor
Occupation: Hopeful Pioneer
Mentor: Professor Oak
Appearance : Noire is an average adult; he is a bit taller than most adults, although most don't even feel concerned by his height. He is somewhat thin even for a slender guy, just barely under the average weight for a person of his height, standing at a lean build distribution of weight. He tends to stand with a strong stature, always posing his heroic attitude. His posture is very straight when he stands, and even when he sits. He is always smiling and laughing, mostly because he always surrounds himself with fun and thrill. This not to be confused with his smirk, which means inside he is probably laughing at you, it is almost never with you.
Noire has light skin, not pale, but not tan. He has almost jet black hair, the front of his hair arches just above his eyes, while the back shoots outward and down. It hangs about medium length, just stopping at the end of his neck. Just behind his sideburns, his ears hide under his hair, on his ear he has two piercings one above and one below. His eyes are a steel silver color, and they are always looking straight into the eyes of the individual he is talking to. His chin is of a bit narrow, and unlike the rest of his family did not receive the abnormal cleft chin that seems to run in his genetics. His build is around 6'4'' and only about 150 lbs. He looks well-defined and his tall slender frame keeps him looking in shape. Noire is good looking in a rugged, outdoorsy sort of way. His hands are rough from all the years of hard labor he has done. Muscle can be plainly seen from his arms and body, something he is secretly fond of. Overall, he’s a well-built man.
Everyday Clothes : Luka prefers to be shirtless, so he commonly just doesn’t wear shirts. However, he always has one packed for the harsh colds that can be expected in unknown terrain. He is mostly seen wearing a black sleeveless long dress coat, just as a fashion statement Long straight black pants just hanging slightly below his abdomen, of course with matching shoes. He wears two belts, both black, one to hold up his pants, and one for show? Not really sure about why he dresses this way only Noire knows. He wears a simple necklace which is actually black choker, his style can turn some people off but generally he isn’t in the public so much to be seen. He has multiple piercings, and he’s had them since birth. He has two red “X” tattoos on his shoulders, so he tries to accentuate them in his clothing.

Personality:
Noire isn't that special, he’s not trying to be the hero, or be the brute or the scientist. He’s just aiming to be “alive”
Noire has some very appealing qualities that others see in his social aspects that somehow make him very charming to people and the Mi-aro around him. He's not really one to get into confrontation although he always has others’ well-being in his thoughts, so if someone seems like they might be in trouble he won’t hesitate to help, but only at the last second.
Unfortunately, he tends to stop doing anything else in his task to help people, he never drops his goals, however he seems to add too many at once. He doesn't like to quit anything once he starts but he generally can get tangled up in other things, and eventually loses interest in main goals.
Noire isn't stupid or anything, mostly inexperienced in the world of Pokémon. He’s always up for a good exploration, and all that looking around isn’t good for people who don’t want him finding things, or stumbling into areas that he shouldn’t be in. Alas, Noire can’t help it. He's got his fair share of flaws as well. He can get a little too excitable at times, making impulsive decisions which can sometimes end up with harsh consequences. He hasn’t had much experience in anything, so he can be easily seen getting extremely excited and jumping into things very quickly.
Noire really does try hard to be a good person to humans and Pokémon alike, as well as the fawn, flora, and beasts of his Earth the only one he has ever known, and always tries his best at anything he can.

Backstory:
Noire’s family is full of good people. His grandfather, a famous lieutenant in the old army, his father a doctor, mother an accountant, and the kids were just a handful but nonetheless chivalrous. However, his parents were only like this before the world transition. Noire was born in mi-Aro, just months after his parents arrived in mi-Aro. He doesn’t know anything else, but his parents know differently. They escaped a terrible fated world, full of turmoil and catastrophe. Yet, when they arrived, they realized their gifts and knowledge would be no use here in this place. His father still practices medicine but it’s a bit more primitive now. His mother became a farmer, finding food and crops for them to eat to survive.
The wildlife was not forgiving, Pokemon everywhere they had never seen before trampled the lands with no worry or acknowledgement of their existence. His mother would plant crops and grow food only to have random Pokemon come to feast on them. Eventually they got along, learning the old ways of living.
It was rocky in the beginning but it eventually evened out and Noire and his siblings lived a happy life.
Noire had a very simple upbringing, a childhood that was unmarred by any great events worth mentioning, and certainly not exciting to detail. Despite his relatively peaceful childhood, they were just as important in shaping Noire into the person he is today as any other person might be.
Noire was born just clicks away from a settlement, far away from the sprawl of cities or the authority of royalty that his parents left behind in the old world. He was born in a small area, among a normal family, the middle child of two siblings and the son of hardworking, but loving parents.
As he grew up, he became part of the family business, farming. He toiled endlessly in the fields, and labored constantly over the crops along with his family, so that they may rest easy that night, with full stomachs and content with the knowledge that they would survive the season’s winter. And was a custom, it seemed Noire, like his siblings, would grow up to take on the same way of life, a farmer’s way of life, but Noire had other interests.
At any chance, Noire honed his combat skills for the wild. He had no fear of the Pokemon around, or the monsters that were unidentified. He would run from home, and through the trees he'd run next to the stampedes of the wild. Jumping off the trees, rolling in the fields. His parents being so protective is what made Noire so curious. The poor state of which his family was in, meant that he could never obtain formal training for combat nor could he ever obtain a ranged weapon. So he trained with the only weapon he could find, a wooden stick. He trained long hard hours, fencing with a tree and honed his skill with it until he controlled it as effortlessly as his arm.
When Noire was 20, he fell off a tree, and onto a rock. His shoulder was bleeding, and although he was tough about it, the pain was excruciating. A wild Pokemon saw his pain, and ran away from Noire but stuck by peeking through the trees. Sun was going down, and he felt like this could be the end of him. That night he'd stay all alone bleeding until something came to tare him up. To his surprise he woke to a random group of wild Pokemon healing him. They healed his wounds, and left nothing but a small scar on his shoulder. When he got back to camp he felt like he should never forget the soft heart of Pokemon despite how they looked. He had his age tattooed on his shoulder in roman numerals. Two large red "X" tattoos just down his bicep.
Though he didn’t dislike the idea of farming, nor did he find beneath him, for he enjoyed the labor, and the prospect of earning a living was an inviting one, even if a tiring one at times, Noire had no intention to become a farmer, he simply did not envision it, he could not see it in his future, rather, he saw himself as a famed tamer, someone who saves everyone with his skills, and his Pokémon by his side.
Noire’s grandfather was a village Wiseman, a wise old man that directed the villagers in matters of importance and occasionally, offer advice. He was a kind and wise old man, and was once a soldier himself, back in the old world. Many times, Noire heard stories of his grandfather’s adventures, and many times he was told that he would make a great soldier someday. He took those words to heart.
So when he reached 24, he couldn’t take it anymore, he announced his will to his parents, that he would leave the settlement and train in the wild, that he was to be more than a simple farmer, and as he expected, they pushed at him. They questioned his motives, his desires and many other things. Yet try as they may, Noire’ convictions were simply too deep seated.
Soon enough, the discussions grew too heated, and tell of their argument reached Noire’ grandfather, his elder, and beloved best comrade. So he was asked for his advice regarding the matter. As they recounted the argument, the old man’s face remained calm, unaffected by the account, as if the matter held little importance to him.
And then he was asked for his judgment. A wry smile tugged on the corners of the man’s cracked lips and with a sparkle in his eye and a hint of amusement in his voice. He said, “Don’t forget to take your stick; a ruffian soldier needs a weapon.”
Thus, Noire left to pursue his own path, to become someone important. Just before he left, he was given an item by his grandfather, a sword that he’d carry till the end of his days. He named it Excalibur, after the stories his grandfather used to tell him. A sword only he could use fabled as being pulled from the stone, only Noire could wield it, even though this isn’t really true. He tossed his old stick aside, and took the sword. He buckled the sheath to his belt, and looked at his grandfather with watery eyes. "I'll do you proud, Pa." He ran over to Oak’s house with his sword on his belt and ambition in his heart. His very own Pokémon journey was about to unfold.
